Terms & Conditions
Payment
Payment is due in advance as agreed on an individual basis with each client.
Payment may be made by cheque, cash or BACs, as agreed with each client.
Where payments are being made on your behalf by a third party, we will agree payment terms directly with them.
Fees
£65/£70 per 50 minute session.

Appointments and Cancellation
All appointments are fixed in the diary.
Cancellations require 48 hours notice (excluding weekends). For example to cancel an appointment on Monday morning, notice must be given on Thursday morning.
Refunds will not be made when appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
In the event that you are late for an appointment, your session will still end at the pre-determined time.
If you do not attend at the agreed time, you will be charged in full.
Client Confidentiality
Your privacy is of paramount importance and you can rest assured that everything we discuss is in confidence. The only exception to this is where you are at risk of being harmed, in which case we would discuss together the best way forward and whether or not we need to involve third parties.
